Kelly Clarkson now has some long-term legal protection against two individuals who showed up uninvited at her home and caused disturbances.
Clarkson received a permanent restraining order on Thursday for the next 5 years Victor Fernandez and Huguette Nicole Young. Both Young and Fernandez are not allowed to make contact with Kelly or her children in any way and must stay at least 100 yards away.
TMZ broke the story… Fernandez stopped at Kelly’s house in a semi truck on Thanksgiving, peered over her security gate and said he was there to see Kelly. He returned home more than once.
Not only did Fernandez ask to speak to Kelly, but Clarkson’s security team says he also took pictures of a vehicle carrying her children.
TMZ was also the first to report Kelly’s trouble with Young, who showed up at her home more than 18 times, according to Kelly’s security — often leaving gifts and notes behind. Young kept coming to Clarkson’s house, even after a temporary restraining order was issued.
Of course, the hope now is that the permanent restraining order will work to keep the two from harassing the “American Idol” winner ever again.
